Orders placed through Trendify Kart are shipped across India through registered domestic courier companies and other reliable logistics partners.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order placement and/or payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery timeline is approximately:

4–10 business days from the date of order placement.

This timeline includes:

1–3 business days: Order processing and dispatch
3–7 business days: Courier transit and delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

3. Delivery Delays

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, transportation issues, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and PIN code.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

6. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges may be non-refundable once an order has been shipped, subject to applicable law and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or recipient unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
